Cancellation Policy
It girl attractions ⏳ Running Late: If you are running behind, please let me know as soon as you realize. At 9 mins past your appointment time, a $10 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. At 14 mins past your appointment time, a $15 late reschedule fee will be added to your remaining balance and your appointment will have to be rescheduled. ⏰ Last Minute Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment within 12hrs of your appointment time (online using the link in your email/texts). If you have to reschedule last minute (less than 12hrs notice) for any reason, please let me know — but note that a $15 late reschedule fee will be added to your remaining balance. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service no exceptions. 📞No call no shows will be banned from booking 🗓️ You are responsible for checking the booking site for availability and letting me know which day and time you would like to reschedule your appointment to. 📱 Save my number: (773) 563-1301 Be sure to save my number under “Zion Nails” This will be the number for all communication mentioned above. 💲 Payment: Your remaining balance can be paid via Zelle or Cash only (exact change) Prepare: I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER ARTISTS WORK - Please remove your nails before you arrive unless you communicated otherwise 🚫 Due to limited space, extra guests are not allowed in the suite. ☑️Address will be sent out a day before your appointment, because I am one person and I may send it a bit late if busy you are free to text me ahead of time to get the location and confirmation of appointment, thank you.
